This service is enhanced by our estimating team.  There to mediate between our sales, contracts and technical staff, our estimators provide the best help and support we can offer, including cost advice and value engineering.

 Customers benefit from specialist skills and experience in the design of timber frame, engineered wood products, and steel frame. Early engagement affords our customers the very best technical guidance and allows them to fully appreciate the benefits of this modern method of construction (MMC). We are committed to a continuous improvement programme and employ several trainee designers. 

We use a collaborative approach to project management, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and goals. We believe in clear communication, accurate budgeting, and timely delivery, which has helped us to build a strong reputation in the industry.

 We work with our manufacturing partners, with  approximately 75,000 sq. ft of manufacturing space. We have the capacity to produce and deliver around 2500 timber frame units per year.  Using the latest software and cutting equipment we manufacture timber frame wall panels, floors, and roofs, delivered to site by our transport fleet.
